Plan and Record – Updates

The Plan and Record document is currently being updated and will be available for download from this website in mid October 2007. These updates will reflect the changes that have been made in CPD Online version 3.

Additional pages will be available that explain:

  • how to make use of the new entry recording points of planning and evaluation,
  • a guide to assist you in determining which form is most suitable for you to use in recording a CPD entry, and
  • two new entry forms designed specifically for you to record CPD learning that starts at planning and evaluation.
